We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
Unused and in its original condition
In the original packaging, including tags, dust bags, and accessories (if applicable)
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Items marked as final sale or clearance
Gift cards or promotional vouchers
Customized or personalized items
Items showing signs of use, damage, or wear not due to our error

3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team within the 30-day window:

Full name and email used for the order

Reason for return
Clear photos if the item is defective or damaged

4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the receipt for your protection.
We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal)
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

9. International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties, taxes, or fees. Please clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges. We are not responsible for customs fees on returned items.
